Okay, quick question. I'm attempting to make a gothic lolita outfit for Halloween. Any tips? I've a newb to making outfits...^^;

Tips? hehe well first of all if you really want a quick one I'd say to buy patterns of a simple skirt :P Then you personalize it how you want! That's very easy! Dresses are very long...and you need lot of patience :(

So a skirt...you coould match it with a simple blouse and a headdress you'll make!

or if you want more but less harder than a dress... you can try making jumper skirts! Those are easy too!

Welll...Would I have to buy patterns of a layered skirt? Or just make a shorter use of fabric for layers? Because I think it would work either way. I think. I don't know. Though I'm sure I have enough fabric to make the skirt. The top will be the difficult part.
